Bearings as per the technical requirements of GOST 520 of following design groups:
Radial thrust bearings:
- closed ball double-row
- single-row tapered (metric and inch versions)
- single-row tapered, without inner ring
- single-row tapered with the flange on the outer ring
- single-row tapered with a contact angle of greater than or equal to 20 degrees
- doublerow tapered
- closed double-row tapered
Roller and radial bearings with short cylindrical rollers:
- without flanges on the outer ring
- single flange on the outer ring
- without flanges on the inner ring
- single flange on the inner ring
- single flange on the inner ring and with a flat stop ring
- single flange on the inner ring and shaped resistant ring
- single flange on the inner ring and one or two grooves on the outer ring
- flangeless outer ring and two locking washers without cage
- without an inner ring
In the process of manufacturing the rings and rolling elements, the production uses bearing, heat-resistant and stainless steel. Steel, bronze and aluminium alloys, brass, textolite and other materials are used for cages. In 2007, the production of hybrid bearings with ceramic rolling elements matured.
Miniature bearings
They are used for electric motors of domestic and industrial use, dental equipment, control and measuring equipment, automation and robotics.
Bearings of this group include precision radial and angular contact instrument bearings with flange and without it, with different classes of accuracy, with many designs of cages, shields and rubber seals.
